Celebrate the end of the flower gathering season with OneTreeLove and Happy Dragon Flower Farm on the beautiful Bath Hollow Farm for yoga and mindfulness in nature. We will take in the power of the flowers and a mindful yoga practice. To open our time together, we will learn about the growing practices of Happy Dragon Flower Farm and gather a bouquet of flower to take home. Your self-gathered bouquet can include dahlias, zinnias, and more to fill a quart-size mason jar. Then we will settle in for a grounding yin yoga practice centered around settling the mind and body. The yoga practice is geared towards those curious or seasoned in yin yoga. We will wrap up with sunset pose just as the sunsets (6:54 pm). Bring extra layers, blanket, and a quart-size mason jar or equivalent vase. Delayed arrival time possible; message if you need that option.

Level: all-levels welcome, kids ages 12 and up welcome
